1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Gaionix AI service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Gaionix AI provides a AI gateway platform that enables merchants to process transactions and access AI-powered analytics and tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are outlined in your service agreement and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, cyber crime, or use this AI for prohibited services as defined by applicable law and card network rules.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you must settle all outstanding fees.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
