Welcome to Gaionix AI. By registering, accessing, or integrating with Gaionix AI Gateway and associated APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or sending API traffic through Gaionix infrastructure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Service Scope & Availability

Gaionix provides an AI routing gateway, multi-model orchestration, and developer toolkits with 99.98% SLA target availability.

3. Account Security & API Keys

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Gaionix API keys. Any requests authorized with your API credentials will be billed to your ledger.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree not to use Gaionix AI services for unlawful acts, cyber-attacks, or actions violating downstream foundation model acceptable use policies.

5. Billing & Invoicing

Usage fees are calculated per token and per request. Gaionix provides real-time balance and ledger visibility.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
